Martin was our Interface Developer on a very large, complex and key project for LBi, and was solely responsible for all front end development for the Houses of Parliament rebuild. Martin's professionalism and thoroughness were outstanding. He developed all HTML, CSS, JavaScript and the outputs were of a very high quality resulting in high client satisfaction and, importantly, produced very few issues from testing. His knowledge extended beyond his core activities however and he was a constant reference for issues from accessibility to mobile development. His work rate is also to be noted, he was responsible for keeping this workstream ahead of schedule whilst not compromising quality, to a degree which I personally feel sets him aside from his peers. Martin is first to mind now on all new projects as I know the quality of work he will produce, and I hope to have him back on a project in the future.
