I've had the pleasure of working with Martin over the last year and I've been really impressed with the way in which he applies himself to the task/ask. It is the level of technical detail that impressed me most about Martin, he does not just give a top-line idea of how the solution will work, he goes into the true Atomic deconstruction of the request to ensure that everything is understood. It is then his level of detail in explaining how the solution will be built that is super impressive, and you can just sit there and see that he knows his onions and will be a very very safe pair of hands on getting your solution delivered. It has been a really awesome experience working with Martin, I've been able to trust him to deliver for me time and again and I hope that we will work together again in the future.
